How to Make a Counseling Appointment

Many times individuals want to talk to someone but are unsure or intimidated by the therapy process. Rest assured L.E.A.F. is here to help you through this process as smoothly as possible. The rates of L.E.A.F. Therapy Services 45-50 minute counseling sessions are very affordable, and we work with you and your family in developing how often or little you would like to make appointments. Sometimes an initial session is all that is needed, however other times families or individuals would like to meet once or twice a month. Whichever, you have the control of your frequency and will work their schedule to meet those needs. Feel free to contact a L.E.A.F. Therapy Services therapist to talk over things.

The office is located in Valdosta, GA at 706 N. Toombs St. Valdosta, GA 31601. However, there is never any need to come to the office as we offer Teletherapy at a high quality. Fees for Service

Fees per Sessions: $115 

​

An Assessment is required for all clients in the first session. See below for following session rates.

​

We provide a sliding scale fee option for those who need some financial assistance with therapy. Please read the requirements below for this service option. 

​

Beginning January 1, 2025

L.E.A.F. Therapy Services will begin a Sliding Scale Fee system. Please see below for the fee schedule and read the requirements for use of the Sliding Scale Fee

Please Note:
•Must provide one of the following:

  •  last year’s tax return for income verification

  • last two pay stubs

  • documentation with income information prior to services beginning.

​​

•    If no tax return/document is provided to verify income, the rate will be $115/session


•    Sliding Scale can only be used by those who do not have active health insurance, choose not to use health insurance, or for those whose insurance is out-of-network with our practice.

​

•    Sliding Scale is optional and not required. You are welcome to pay our regular out of pocket fee of $115 per session if you choose not to use the sliding scale option.

We have a Missed Appointment Fee of $50. Please call within 48 hours to cancel to avoid the charge.
